The Infant-Toddler Program includes two separate classrooms, the Little Sprouts and Busy Bees. This program serves children between the ages of 6 weeks and 2 years of age. We can accommodate up to sixteen children with four full-time teachers. Classroom size is no more than eight children at a time. The Little Spouts max out at 8 children, typically between 6 weeks and 12 months and the Busy Bees max out at 8 children, typically between 13 and 24 months.
Every infant has his or her own schedule, which is honored by our staff. The children eat and sleep when needed and get plenty of time playing and being held.
Toddlers are offered snacks twice a day (at 9:00am and 3:00pm) and eat lunch at 12:00 p.m. Children nap around 1:00 p.m. and wake up at their leisure.
A loving and caring environment allows children to learn about themselves, their feelings, peers, community and environment. Children acquire thinking skills by doing and moving through a wide variety of experiences. Children should be encouraged to try new experiences and feelings in a loving, accepting atmosphere.
To have a safe and loving environment where children are free to learn and grow and families feel welcome.
